In Student Self Leadership, young leaders learn how to:

In Student Self Leadership for Champions, adults will discover how to:

Build Self-Reliant Students: Empower kids to take control of their own growth. 

Find the Right Balance: Set clear expectations while encouraging personal aspirations. 

Improve Conversations: Foster meaningful dialogue with the young people in their lives. 

Support Students’ Goals: Know when to provide guidance and when to step back.

Both the Student and Champion programs unfold over six collaborative weeks, engaging participants from around the globe on our intuitive Intrepid® platform. Experience a dynamic blend of self-directed learning, facilitated discussions, reflective exercises, and offline assignments, all designed to unlock your leadership potential.

Student Program: July 15th – August 2nd

Champion Program: July 17th – August 4th

Weekly sessions are a must for course completion, but don’t worry if you can’t attend live! Recordings will be available for your convenience. Students should plan for approximately one hour per week of self-study and one hour for each of the five live sessions.  

For adults, we offer two program options: LITE and PRO. The LITE version provides essential knowledge for parents and guardians, while the PRO version is ideal for professionals influencing young minds. You’ll have access to both versions and can choose the one that suits your needs once the class begins.
