As a Head Nurse, Farah brings comprehensive expertise in leading the nursing team, managing patient care, enforcing policies, strategic planning, and fostering effective teamwork. She firmly believes that these elements form a solid foundation for success in the nursing field.
Farah, a dedicated Head Nurse at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital in Dubai, UAE, brings a wealth of experience in pediatric and Epilepsy units. With a professional healthcare background spanning 15 years, Farah has focused on Healthcare Quality Services, aiming to bridge gaps in healthcare delivery. Farah’s key achievements include implementing projects to increase customer satisfaction through tailored surveys and establishing a Protocol System to enhance nursing care and improve customer experiences.

As a leader, Farah provides clinical expertise to the nursing staff and offers broader support for hospital activities, including conducting manpower audits. Prior to her role at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital, Farah served as a Senior Registered Nurse at MediClinic City Hospital in Dubai, where she excelled in delivering comprehensive patient care and providing clinical supervision.
Farah’s previous experience also includes working in both the Pediatric and PICU units at Sahel General Hospital in Beirut, Lebanon, where she gained expertise in handling and caring for patients requiring intensive care. Additionally, Farah served as an Insurance Coordinator at MedNet, working with their network clinics and providing assistance with Health Insurance Plans (HIP) at the American University Hospital in Beirut, Lebanon.
